My Story

On Saturday 11th August, I'll be part of the St John's Winchester team who will be abseiling 100 metres down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

We are raising funds for specialist dementia sensory equipment for Moorside, our wonderful dementia care home. This includes the amazing interactive magic table (Tovertafel), used to engage residents and further improve their well-being.

As a Dementia Friend and Champion, this is a cause close to my heart - helping people to live well with dementia.
